Four NUCLEATE members elected to the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities

Karl-Peter Hopfner (LMU München), Alessandra Moretti (TU Munich), Fabian Theis (Helmholtz Munich) and Maria-Elena Torres-Padilla (Helmholtz Munich) have been elected as full members of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities (BAdW). They are among 13 newly elected scientists recognized for their outstanding research.
Election to the Bavarian Academy of Sciences is one of the highest scientific honors in Bavaria. Only researchers who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of their field through their work—whether through groundbreaking discoveries, innovative methods, or influential contributions to research—are admitted as members.
